I've been golfing for awhile now, and have never had such a bad experience with the staff from this course. First off they timed us on some holes and said we were taking too long with the hole. In reality they didn't see us have to wait for the others to go before we could go. They said they we could just hit a few balls and then head to the green. They said we looked like we were new to golf and that we were holding people up. In reality they overbooked the the course and were going about it all the wrong way. I've never been to a course were they were "nice" jerks to the customers. We booked the twilight rate for 18 holes on a Sunday evening and stopped us at the 15th hole because they needed the carts in by 8:30 pm. There were still light out and we could have easily finished the last three holes before dark, but they wouldn't let us. I will NEVER be back to this location, which sucks because I got the SPD card which gives you a discount at the Schaumburg Golf club. Such a waste of time.
