Overall the fairway were in horrible shape, bunkers were awful, grass was not cut in a while. On a positive note the greens were in good shape.

Played Canyon Springs (CS) many times in the past but this time was not a very good experience. First, the ENTIRE course (Fairways, rough, and greens) are OVERLY painted a green/blue color!!!! It was impossible to read any kind of put since the greens looked like spots on a leopard. Second, the staff is not able to comprehend that when someone says good morning you typically say something back!...... Third and final, the cost for playing here with the course in this bad of shape is unfair! 79.00 is waaaayyyy too much.

The service from arrival to finish was excellent. The course was in great playing condition. The pace of play was 3 1/2 hrs to play. We never waited on any shot. The course from tee to green was great. Greens rolled true with some tough reads. Received a great price via Golfnow. This Made the outing worthwhile. I can't wait to come back to play this course next year.

I love golf and I hate complaining but you need to know. The greens are horrible, full of grab grass and sand, the fairways are hard as a rock with the exception of the last 3 holes.The sand traps are full of rocky sand.

It almost seems like they are going to be bought out and they have just given up on the course.

Also, book a chiropractor after the round because the fairways is like driving in Afghanistan.

I hope they can get the course back into the "Houston Premier Style Course" Lol.

Great Course for the price. The fairways are in excellent shape and the greens are fast. Definitely coming back.

The food at the restaurant is also really good!!!!
