This course, and its sisters courses have been in very good shape. They use ample water to keep conditions nice and green.

There are about a half dozen forced carries over traps into the green.....challenging

This is a nice course; well conditioned. It has several sets of tees. That being said, I would like to see 'blended' tees, as I couldn't play the next tees back, but had some short holes from where I played.
There is considerable sand, a few greens are guarded by sand. It does NOT have any water hazards. There are some houses, but almost all wouldn't ever be hit. They are building more, not sure about the future.

I played with my wife, and we really enjoyed the course, value, and conditions of the course.

However, had we not had a GPS, there would have been the potential for teeing off on a wrong hole after finishing another.

Also, the Gold tees were quite lengthy for a woman, while the Red tees were very hard to locate---and too SHORT.

The starter Jeff was the most engaging I have encountered EVER! They had a 'players assistant' on the 4th hole that was nice----and the Cart girl as well!

We joined a twosome (one was a member) on #14.
ALL FOUR of the Sanctuary folks said "Come back and see us again"----must be the motto---Haha!

I thought the 1st hole was the weakest, the third hole didn't 'suit my eye' (dogleg left holes seldom do). But after #3, it seemed as if each hole was got progressively nicer! And when you finish #17, you will think that the last hole must be lesser---but 18 is great, too!!

So, the back nine is tougher, but nicer than the front---enjoy it!!!

Course was B+ conditions. Pace was a little over 4 hours. It's too bad it's so far out of the way.

This 4-star semi-private course was worth almost double the golfnow rate

If you have a good shorter game, you might not struggle as much as I did with these persistent elevated greens. No complaints with the course----all my fault.

One of the BEST CONDITIONED COURSES I HAVE EVER PLAYED (40+ years).

WINDY day, on a course where I suspect wind is ALWAYS a factor. Sizeable yardage between white and blue tees, so white was my choice. A few greens near end of front nine were quite dry. BUT, course was great to play.
