Played On 10/11/2019Absolutely TERRIABLE SERVICE
I tried to book a tee off time online for 2 hours and it wouldn't reserve the tee off time. I called every day durring the week of October 4-11 and no where did it say they were closed. Not on voice mail or website. So I finally got to the pro shop to book a tee off time and with him knowing that I couldn't book online he wouldn't honor the rates. Very poor customer service and wasted hours of my vacation trying to get a tee time!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GOLF COURSE - they appriately dont care about you!!!

First would like to thank the golf staff at oak creek for getting us on yesterday!!!
Course is in great shape, even after the storm went through the day before. The staff was extremely friendly and the views of the red rock on the back 9 is just breath taking. This is a second time playing here and again a 5 star. We would also play this course again when we are in the area again.
The only tip I would give is if you book on golf now it's usually half the price of the club house is offering! We made this work with a little help from the club house which was greatly appreciated, as we are Canadian.

Played this course two years ago and loved it. Went back and the pace of play was very bad. Waited on tee blocked as the third group in front of us just tees off. No control of played by the staff. People also didn't understand that if people are faster then you to let them play through. Would take a lot to go back there!!

Great golf course. Absolutely loved this course. Beautiful scenery and the course was in great shape. Pace of play was really good (went at 220pm) . The cost was good but it was later in the afternoon and was a hot deal.. if you are playing a course in Sedona, don't pass this one up!!!!
Amenities I couldn't rate high because there was no beer cart out on the course (was gone before we even got there) and was not run by the actual course. We didn't use the resturant Wish the pro-shop would stay open longer.

We do apologize for the frustration, but we want to thank you for pointing out we missed updating the answering the voice mail. As far as online and website, we did not have any tee times loaded during the time we were closed. As far as issues with booking a time, we always suggest contacting golf now with any issues. If you are back in town next year we do invite you to come out. Make sure to check https://www.azgolf.org for the overseed schedule of all courses in the phoenix area.
