played course twice this week, first tee time was 20 minutes behind and the second tee time was 45 minutes late. Not in busy season yet, other than sitting an waiting to tee off everything else great and will return, hopefully they get problem solved.

excellent golf day in the fall after overseeding, there are some signs of over usage after reseeding but conditions are still good. Pace of play was good, not to fast and not to slow

foursome had another good day at Colinas, which is usually a good reliable course. Greens were in very good shape.

first thing you notice is there is no rush between tee times, gives golfers a little room with no pressure to race, which can be a big problem at other courses. We still finished in 4 hours.
