I've seen this place in better playing conditions in the past. They need to work on filling our parts of the fairway where there are open ground (no grass). I don't think this is part of the design to leave some areas exposed without grass. Greens are good, but some bunkers are almost packed dirt and not sand.

The course was in good condition. Tee boxes could use some work (grade of the tee boxes).

Lots of standing water. A lot of fairways are in bad need of repair. Greens are in okay condition but some have some dying grass brown patches. Luckily I got a discount to play the course early and the pace moved well. I cant see this course as worth paying the full price of admission.

Hole re-ordering didn't make sense. The number 9 hole didn't end up conveniently at the club house for a break in the action for snacks

Play here quite often good course, need some work on few holes
