Excellent condition, greens were great. Some pretty tough holes will definitely have to play it again. Should play easier 2nd time around, it's one of those courses you need to play a few times to score well and it's well worth playing again.

Good layout and pretty good shape. The greens are fast and rolled true so a treat to put on. Very good value we paid 30. 00 and worth every penny. Pace of play was also great played in 3 1/2 hrs. with a 1 o'clock tee time.
