Unless you are paying less than $15.00 to play 18 holes it is not worth the time you spend playing. All of the greens are in terrible shape and some of them don't have greens. Some of the holes the greens are in such bad shape that they have taken an area of the fairway, next to the original "green" and made it into a green. The only way I would consider playing this course again is if I got it for free and I would have to think about it.

The greens are a poor condition and the course overall is in poor condition, but not terrible. If you get a good price ($20-25) is not a bad beginner's course. My biggest problem with this course is the lack of control or supervision. I guess they are trying to save money and they never have a starter or course rangers which makes it extremely difficult to play for several reasons which are extremely frustrating for me. Because this course is usually a good value and it is in the center of Kendall, it is pretty busy all week at all hours. When you have a busy course with no control or supervision what so ever, it is a receipt for disaster. You have a whole of bunch of singles playing by themselves, groups of 5 or 6 players and everything in between which slows the pace of play dramatically. Also a lot of beginner players use this course and because they don't know or don't care, they don't follow the rules of golf very well. This date is the last time I played here and it would be my last. I got so aggravated with a group in front of me at the first hole that I came back and requested my money back.

The course is in poor condition but for the price I paid is a good value. The biggest issue I have is that there is no staff starter or ranger on the course. In front of me I had 6 people playing together and then a single and another single. I had to pass about 4 groups of player before it got a little normal but not really. There are a lot of beginner players and they are really slow. I had two young men in front of me playing 4 ball at a time and when I asked them to go ahead of them, they got upset. Extremely poor experience and will not go again.

This course is a good condition for the price range. The greens were extremly soft and the course in general was a little too wet for my taste but they seem to keep the course in good condition. I played on Sunday and was a little busy which caused some problems since they had a starter but never saw a ranger.

The course is in poor condition. The fairways are bumpy and fool of holes with a lot of weeds. The greens are in poor condition and with a lot of dead grass. It does looks like they are trying to fix them.
