The course was dry and cluttered. Given the hurricanes extensive damage to the entire area, all courses are suffering so I believe all should be given an out, however, this course was the worst shape of the five we have played.

The course is a very good layout. It has all the obstacles one would want and it rewards you for a good shot. Golf carts were excellent and clean and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I would not call it a home away from home, but close.

Grass on the course is thin in places and had several areas recovering quite nicely from replacement sod. Considering what Hilton Head has been through with the recent hurricane, I think we have to cut all of the courses some slack.

Our foresome of avid golfers would definitely play it again.

The course was a very good layout. Clearly they also still recovering from the hurricane. The next time I visit Hilton Head it is on my list to replay.
