Falmouth Country Club - Eighteen Hole Course
Played On 10/13/2021Always enjoy playing Falmouth!
Green were in super condition and course had
Been air rated two weeks prior. Considering that , the fairways weren’t
Bad
Only problem was they had changed/ or combined some holes
- and for instance , the holes had not been renumbrred
Nor was anyone ( ranger or starter) there to communicate
- a little confusing !
Still love the course !
Galleon/Brigantine at Shipyard Golf Club
Played On 10/18/2017Always enjoy Shipyard
When severe weather was expected on our golf now arranged date of play , the management graciously allowed us to change the date of play - conditions were great the facility including the shop and dining areas as well as practice areas are well kept and the wild life and vistas attractive as well- friendly helpful staff every where- but again like at other courses a ranger that didn't seem to care about pace of play! Sometimes we wonder why they are there at all! It's still a wonderful place to play golf and easy to enjoy staying for happy hour and enjoying southern hospitality!
Golden Bear Golf Club at Indigo Run
Played On 10/17/2017Great course but where were the Rangers ?
4 hours and 45 minutes to play golf is just too long; especially when it just wasn't that crowded and there was no ranger to keep the foursome in front of us moving at an acceptable pace of play as well as placing the golf cart in front of themselves not to have to walk backwards all the time!
The course was in good condition especially on the front nine - the back nine greens had been recently sanded and needed a little more time to heal completely - the pace of play was just too annoying especially when we realized there was no one in front of the group in front of us- exhausted from waiting!!
