Flat golf course in desert with no character. Worse design ever, can't believe Nicklaus ever saw the layout.
Way too short par 4 and too long par 3.
Fairways very nice.
Greens in pretty good shape but the undulations and slopes make it almnost impossible to hit any decent shot, must less chip into one. Green speeds varied 200% from hole to hole so you were several feet short or long on every putt.

This will be a very good course in a few years when it matures but do not go now, you will be completely frustrated at the greens.

Course was decent tee to green but the greens had been recently aerated and poorly sanded. Impossible to putt and enjoy a round.

Do not go until at least June 1st

Played The Bull 5/16/19.
Rained for 2 hours medium amount and course was wet and cart path only. A lot of walking.
Course condition was very good but wet.
There are several par 5 holes where you have to hit an iron off the tee box as well as 3-4 par 4 holes where you have to hit irons off the tee box. This was not acceptable. A significant amount of blind tee shots as well as elevated greens. This was a nightmare for first time players.

The bottom line, do not play this course, horrible layout which is a shame since it was in very good shape.

Fairways, rough and greens were the best of the nice courses we have played this week. The layout of the course was very nice, much better then the Stadium course.
This is a must play course, you will be glad you played here, it’s is very nice.

Played today and the greens are very thin and very difficult to putt. We had at least a dozen putts for birdie inside 10 feet and did not even come close to making the putt. It was very frustrating. Pace of play was very slow with Marshalls visiting often with no results. We both shot upper 70s and should have been around par.
Fairways were just Ok.

I would not play this course before mid September

South course scenery was beautiful. The greens were very niice but a little tricky if you did not hit the hole with some speed. The fairways were awful but you could find good grass by moving it a few club lengths. If you are not a purist then you want to play here because the layout and scenery is worth the trip.

Fairways were in good shape and greens were very nice. The course is more open than most which helps for a better score.we enjoyed playing here and would recommend it for anyone else. All staff very friendly and helpful.

Greens putted at a 4-5 pace , puts were impossible to get to the hole. Tee to green fairly good. Only Gold 9 holes open so you have to play the same 9 twice.
No driving range.

Do not play until they get more holes open which, from the looks of it, will be spring 2018.

Not worth the $20 I paid.

Played South course which is very scenic. Course in very good shape with a few rough areas around the greens.

Highly recommend. Fairways excellent and so are greens. Greens putt very well but watch out reading too much break, there isn't much.

Course in great conditions with excellent greens. Played 7 courses this week with a wide range of prices. This course ranks at the top and is the best for the value.

Course in excellent shape and great value for your money.

Be prepared to be treated like a second class citizen by booking thru Golf Now. They push your tee time back until everyone else has teed off.

It's a public course so pace is slow because a lot of players are very bad and make double digit scores on a lot of holes.

Course was very nice tee to green. Greens beautiful with very few ball marks. Challenging with a lot of water.
Word of advice. Play less break than you see. Inside 6 feet it rarely breaks if you do not die it in the hole.

Not scenic. I'm a ravine do very hot with little air movement. Tee to green ok but greens at best 40% grown in.

Tee to green excellent. Best greens we played this week (6 courses all 4.5 stars or better). It was hot but plenty of good water and ICE, yes ice on the course including on course restrooms. Very nice. A must play.

Course very nice tee to green and the greens were very nice also.
Everything was excellent except it was very hot and there was very little water on the course.

Course and views absolutely beautiful. Tee to green very nice. Greens very bumpy due to only fair green condition. Difficult to make even short putts.
Long walk up and downhill from cart path to green. A major problem for seniors as your legs get tired from all the walking from to/from tees and especially to/from greens.

NO WATER ON COURSE AND NO BEVERAGE CART.

Course condition was good but the greens were rough and putting was more difficult than it should have been.

Cart broke down on 16 at 6:15PM and pro shop was closed so no one would come bring another cart. Did not want to leave cart on course so we pushed cart up hills the last 3 holes.to clubhouse. Being a senior, I now have to miss playing golf due to a strained leg muscle. Incurred the expense of a doctor visit and medicine. Talked to pro shop the day after it happened and they said "yea, we close at 6:00PM". Tough luck I guess.

Not what you expect from a Resort, especially one that you have rented a Villa for two weeks!!!

I suppose prior poor reviews were from golfers trying to move business to other courses. This course was in very nice condition tee to green. Yes, the greens at Faldo had been aerated a few weeks ago but they are now in excellent condition and putt very smoothly and true.

Play this course if you are in the area, great value for the price.

Course is in very nice shape and the views and scenery are a great bonus to the golf. Played the next to back tees and it was fun and challenging.
