Bear Creek - East 12/26/2014
No carts were available until 30 minutes after tee time. Almost didn't get round in due to late start. Course was very crowded but pace of play was ok. Other than that everything was ok based on expectations of playing the day after X-Mas on a busy golf day. Course was in ok shape for December expectations.

Golf course conditions
Course was in great condition.
Greens in great shape.
Sand bunkers are horrible and have been for about 2 years. No sand in bunkers. Can't even play out of 80% of the bunkers.
