I booked this course strictly on reviews and ratings. I looked around and saw it was the highest rated course with so many reviews; thought to myself this will be a great course for our buddies 40th birthday. Well...I was wrong! I’m not sure how the course has received so many great votes when it was a horrible experience.
First off, we paid $70 a person to play a round and we get one complimentary water bottle. It’s 75* out, and not one water container on the entire golf course. We could have purchased small bottles of water from the cart for $2.50 each.
We booked this course with one guy having a bad back and other just came off ACL surgery and being cleared this week to play golf. So having a golf cart to drive around on the course was nice; that’s only if we could drive on the course. We are one shot in our round when we get yelled and threaten to be thrown off the course if we drive on the course. Yes....they decided that morning to tell everyone to stay off the course and keep on the path. I’ve played tons of courses and if I knew this going in, I never would have booked our round there. So a typical (4hour) round of golf took us 5.5 hours to play. What a pain in the butt to drag four clubs straight across the fairway to hit a ball walk back to cart and repeat for next guy. Needless to say the knee and back is super sore for the two guys due to walking the entire course. And yes...they said no to the 90* cart idea.
The course directions signs and such were the worst! How hard can it be to have a sign made up to let the golfer know the yardage of the par 3,4, or 5. Ooooo and let’s not forget the last 12 holes where the tee boxes look like they haven’t been cut in weeks. The grass at some tee boxes were taller than the tee markers them self.
I’m just floored how one could spend so much money on a course for them not add the little things to make it slightly better.

I would never go back and play this course!
