Ocotillo Golf Club - White/Gold

I've been coming out to the Phoenix area for the last four years on a golf vacation. We have played ocotillo the past three years. The first two years I played 27 holes each time. The condition of the course was very good until this year. Greens were very slow and bumpy, sand traps were mostly dirt, and the fairways had a lot of brown spots. Very disappointed.
