Good place to get in that first round of the trip
Starter was a bit overwhelmed with sending off groups to 3 different nines, so after a 20 min delay, played a 4 hour round pretty hassle free. Bay course very nice, water on every hole which we managed to avoid pretty well. Sand course pretty brown, not nearly as nice as Bay, but not a bad layout.

Nice layout, tough greens
First round of the year, and I just about ran out of balls. Knowing the layout would have been helpful, but the greens were very large, fast, and undulating, with some mean pin placements.

Not Bad for Duffers
Course is tucked in some backwoods of Cary, starts out with some short easy holes, then gets a bit more challenging as you progress. Several steep hills if you want to walk, but doable as green to tees is a short hike.
