Twenty minutes past appointed tee and 5 hours 25 minutes for 18 holes wasn’t the best day at Baytree. It’s a great place to play and the entire staff is fantastic - not sure what happened Monday. Probably just an unfortunate set of circumstances - I will still play there in the future.

Duran is one of the best courses in Brevard County. The staff is friendly and helpful. A first rate course by any standard.
Greens were punched yesterday, but it did not hinder the overall experience.

Got around in four hours - pretty good pace of play with two foursomes in front of us. Course was in good shape considering Florida is heating up for summer. Nice staff at Viera East.

Always a fun course to play. Course conditions are average and some areas need attention. There are better courses in Brevard County, but this is a good value course with a difficult back nine. Never disappointed with LaCita.

Nice, friendly place to play that always has a good deal for 18 holes. You run into some friendly golfers that enjoy the game, let you play through, or invite you to play with their group.

Lake course was cart path only today due to recent heavy rains. Pace of play was very good and our foursome finished in 3 hours and 15 minutes. Greens in good shape and this is always an enjoyable layout.

A great course to play at any time if the year. Always in very good condition and well maintained. Friendly staff and uses rangers to manage pace of play. Excellent starters at Viera East.

Nice, friendly place to play. Interesting layout with some challenging holes. Some spots were wet due to heavy rain over the weekend.
The staff at Baytree is excellent and all about making sure you have a good golf experience.

Fun course that is in excellent shape. Very good place to work on accuracy with your irons. Pace of play was outstanding and everyone working at the course was enthusiastic and welcoming.

This a very pleasant place to play a round of golf. The staff is extremely friendly and treats everyone like a friend. The course was in good shape overall - the greens were a bit slow, but not an issue. Locals treat visitors very well and don’t pretend that it’s their private club.

This is always a fun and interesting layout for a Florida. You have to think out there to stay out of penalty areas. Good number of risk reward situations.
Starter needs to be a little firmer with players. An inconsiderate single refused to play with a twosome and played between that group and our foursome. There were other foursomes out there and the single had no way to play through. We still moved along at a decent pace, but these are situations that the course should control.
Reasonable fees for a pleasant place to golf.

Not your typical flat water laden Florida golf course. Zero water, but extensive bunkers throughout the course. Elevation changes and hills!!!
Fun place to play and in pretty good shape.

The course is interesting and somewhat difficult, but not in great shape. There is a significant amount of home construction all around the course - noise is an issue.
Based on the amount of play today it seems unlikely that there is a consistent effort being made towards social distancing and mask were not present by some staff members. A lack of available carts required random golfers to double up - first course in FL that I have seen this and was unexpected.
The starter gave some "regulars" preferential treatment with a unscheduled tee time and we had a twosome hitting into our foursome (two foursomes in front of us).
Hoping this was just a bad day at Indian River Preserve.

Fun and interesting short course. Very busy with some impatient golfers. Course is an executive layout that cannot accommodate a fast pace of play. I’m not sure why some people would play this course if they didn’t appreciate this type of layout.
Green were fast and undulating with plenty of character. Some interesting and target golf holes that make it a fun place to play with my wife.

Course is in great shape as usual. Several course improvements ongoing - temp green on par 5 number 14. Green were extremely fast but manageable. Pace of play was about average for this course - played in just under 4 hours.

This course needs some love and I believe they are trying very hard to make significant improvements. It is a nice layout that provides interesting play. Front nine has upgraded greens and a few holes on the back are being improved. Some general trimming along cart path area is badly needed and fairway yardage markers would be a huge plus.
Nice people work here and they want to make this a great place for the new owner - winning combination.

Good and interesting course. Nice Gary Player design with some tough and challenging holes.

Even though the course was extremely wet / cart path only we had an enjoyable round. I might have preferred having the course closed under theses conditions. The gentleman in front of us didn’t understand the concept of ready golf under cart path only conditions - but, still didn’t ruin the day for us.
Everyone working at the course could not have been nicer and you can see that they like working there and meeting players.

Longer course that should challenge multiple levels of players. Back nine is challenging and plays with a higher degree of difficulty than the front. All the par 3s are legitimate shot making challenges.
