Celebration Golf Club

The fairways are in phenomenal shape, greens are decent they're not rolling very true (bumpy) but fast.
However, there are 6-8ish tee boxes out there that are laughably bad. I mean genuinely no grass to be found on most. Feels like you're out there at a $15 course, not a $75+/round course.
Really quite pathetic. There are plenty of other courses nearby and in Orlando who are able to grow grass on their tee boxes, go there instead.
Mystic Dunes Golf Club

I used to love Mystic Dunes. In a city that probably has more golf courses per capita than most every other in America, I would play Mystic Dunes repeatedly. It was a quality layout, challenging, in good shape and a fantastic value.
About a year ago they started bulldozing the wild nature growth between holes and building homesites. While I thought it would change what i liked about the course, it would still be the same great design and upkeep then everything would be okay.
Today I played it for the first time in a few months.... and holy cow Integrity has let that course fall into total disrepair. Almost every green has at least one GIANT area that has burned out and the grass completely gone. It's literally just dirt.
Same with the fairways and tees. Its just all dead, even the nature areas that remain are dead. Everything is dead. I guess it works for them, as it saves money since they dont need a staff to mow the course since nothing grows anymore.
It's awful. Please, save your money, don't play here. Go elsewhere. Im upset to see what Integrity Golf Management Co. has done to my favorite course. Unfortunately, Integrity has quite the reputation of doing this to a lot of local public courses.

To preface this, I'm a weekly golfer, 5ish handicapper(don't track it specifically).

* Layout: The front nine across the street from the clubhouse. It's set in a wooded area and the fairways are lined with very mature trees and pine straw. Very much a penalty for missing the fairways. That said, the fairways are more than fair. Birdies are very much in play if you keep it in the fairway. The back nine is a complete abomination against everything holy about golf; just horrible. There are holes that are designed simply because that is the space they had left. 14 (maybe 15) is a horribly designed par 4 that belongs on a cheap muni, maybe. The next hole a par 5 is horrible, too, and hole 10 is garbage too. It's like they just ran out of room.
* Condition: This course is always in decent to good shape. Even in the summer when many courses in Florida turn into burnt out messes this course is green and lush.
* Value: Affordable all year around, even in the winter "in season" rates are entirely affordable.
If money is a big factor in your golf course decisions, and you're willing to overlook obvious flaws in design, this is your course.
