Cart paths and greens need a lot of work to be done. Good course layout but need some serious work to make it a desirable course to play.

We were sent out following a men's foursome that played so slow that there were 2 holes open in front of them before we got to 5. Just disappointed that Marshall did not get them to either pick up pace or let people play through. Group of ladies behind us were asking why course was playing so slowly and they were walking the course. A little pricey for a course that had just had overfeeding. I love this course just had a bad experience today.

Greens were in terrible condition with several places only having dirt and no grass. Not evenly mowed either. Areas of mud and other areas not having been watered for what seemed to be several years. Inexpensive relatively speaking for this time of year, but not worth what was paid at all.

When we finished it was 4pm and the bar was closed... on a weekend. You are losing business and revenue that could go into fixing the course.

Course is not too bad especially for the price charged during the more expensive winter season. Greens need a lot of work and if you are off the fairway by so much as a foot, you are on brown dead weed type ground cover. Staff that works here is AMAZING and always say thank you and are very accommodating. Would be nice to see the course in better shape

Course is flat and has an easy layout - good for a weekend round and for players who don't play very often. You are playing a city course - people that go here do not rake the traps or fix their divots, so don't expect the courtesy from the people that play here to be where it should be. The greens were aerated the day we played but still ran pretty consistently. Good value for the price paid - for sure !!

I thought for the money paid, the course was much better than I had expected. The course is very hard in the fairways and needs more water, but the greens were not bad and seemed consistent. Course is short, but wow did we ever choose a windy day to play. Course winds through the housing and signs are not the greatest and at times confusing. Saw several groups driving around trying to find the signs, so that could definitely be improved easily. Overall tough to beat the quality of course for the low price.

We had a really nice round. The course is in good condition and seems to be well-groomed. The only issue we had was the Marshall coming up and saying we were two holes behind when we were not. We finished the hole he was talking to us on and had to wait on the very next hole. Just didn't appreciate being rushed when we were keeping up. We had to wait on almost every hole.

Course is not in great shape, but then you are only paying a small fee, so no reason to complain. If you are looking for a day out to practice hitting drives and getting the ball onto the green, then this is a good practice day. Greens are not in good shape and much of the rough is so high that you will not be able to find your ball. Course personnel are wonderful and helpful and the clubhouse and other amenities are clean and nice. Just don't expect a lot as the course is not getting enough play and the level of maintenance shows that minimal effort is being made.
