Lookout Mountain Golf Club

LO Mountain is a beautiful , challenging course. Some wide open holes. Some very difficult target holes. All in all, a unique experience in Phoenix golf.
Crescent Pointe Golf Club

I've played Crescent Pointe almost every year for the past decade. Then with COVID I missed a year. Unfortunately this course has really gone downhill in the meantime.

Palmer Course at Wildfire Golf Club at Desert Ridge

I've golfed the Wildfire courses several times and I'm always struck by its layout and beauty. Not much artificial prettiness just natural beauty. Great condition. Friendly staff.
Arizona Biltmore Golf Club - Estates Course

Biltmore is a really posh area of Phoenix, fabulous houses, shopping. But Adobe is a pretty ordinary golf course. Straightforward, nothing fancy, but enjoyable.
Starfire Golf Club - The King Course

Starfire is a solid golf course. Good but not great. Staff were friendly. Good greens. Bunkers needed work. I probably expected more but still, it was a great round of golf.

Sun City South Golf Course

Nice people, straightforward open course, very good greens. All for $30. Great for a Wisconsin group playing their first round of the year.
Miami Springs Golf & Country Club

You get what you pay for. This is a nice course, bare in spots, decent greens, not so good tee boxes, friendly staff.
