I played this course every week in the summer when they first opened and at that time it was one of the best courses in the area. Sorry to say that now it has lapsed into very, very poor condition. The tee boxes contain a variety of grasses and weeds and it has been a while since they were mowed. I use shorter tees and the grass was touching the bottom of my ball in many cases when I teed up. Most fairways haven't been mowed in a while and it was sometimes hard finding your ball in the fairway. Every sand trap was either full of water, muddy or grown over with grass. In several places the rough was unplayable as the grass was 8 to 12 inches tall. The greens were in horrible shape with many bare spots, and mowed so short the ball many times bounced it's way to the hole. Overall, a shame that one of Orlando's best courses has been let to deteriorate this way. Price was $35 with discount. Worth somewhere in the low $20s. Staff was helpful and practicing proper COVID protocols.

So glad to see an older course in Central Florida actually doing well! The greens were in tip-top shape and oh SO fast. Friends and staff mentioned "tight" when describing the course and I guess it is in a few places, but really loved the layout. New traps are being finished, but the completed ones are beautifully done. Some of the workers were not very considerate of players, but that's my only beef. The pro shop and starter staff were awesome, giving a complete explanation of all the amenities and calling us by name. Boy, do I miss that at so many clubs. Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. I think the price is a bit high, but got a good Hot Deal. My foursome will definitely play here again.

Overall the course was in great shape. The greens are super fast. Love this place for all the history it represents.

Overall the course is good shape and glad to see that some of the ball-eating wooded areas have been cleared. The young man in the pro shop was very friendly and very efficient!

Overall good course. Some greens and a few ladies tee boxes need some work, but layout and challenge is there. Reasonable weekday rates. Staff is friendly and helpful.
