The course fairways were full of weeds, patches of dryness, and very uneven. The greens were being aerated and there were lots of patches and sand. The teeboxes were full of weeds and uneven. The bunkers were unkept and falling apart on the edges. Overall a poor course - even for $20 it was not value for money.

Fairways were very dry and hard. A number of sandy patches makes for difficult lies. Also the pin placement was very difficult. I've played this course before. Today was uncharacteristic.

The course was in poor maintenance. The fairways were full of weeds, there were numerous torn up areas and spots without any grass at all. The greens were also full of weeds in places and we had to continuously wipe our golf balls clean from the grass shavings left from mowing. The tee boxes were generally poorly maintained and looked more like a pasture than a golf tee box.
