Before I get to the obvious I would say that the course is in great shape. The greens were perfect and the fairways were cut nicely and cleaned off. The staff was very friendly and the course itself is very nice. My issue was with the incredibly slow pace of play. I had to wait at least 15 minutes on each hole and I also had 2 groups following me the entire time so I can only imagine how much they waited. I am a patient player, but having to wait for every shot the entire day really took away from the enjoyable day. I saw the ranger out quite a bit, but the pace never seemed to improve. I understand it being a Friday with great weather, but every man has his limits.

Nice little course just outside of Kalamazoo. Flew through the first 9 and had a little wait on the back, but overall the pace was nice. Course was in decent shape, sticking it on the greens is tough, but it wasn't completely dry. Wide open fairways allow for nice easy driving and helps keep ball searching to a minimum. Overall I'll definitely be back and a great course for a nice day out.
