A very disappointing experience. Course (Pine) was in terrible shape, greens with numerous ball marks and fairways littered with unfixed divots .
Traps unraked.....teeboxes lacked definition and were poorly maintained. A 12:32 tee time began
at 12:58....close to five hours later .....you can do much better somwhere else.....management doesn't get it.....sad!!!

Course was in excellent condition compared to its’ peers during the overseeing season. Greens not holding but generally rolling smoothly. This time of year greens are slow but will be considerably faster in the months ahead. Course offers a variety of holes with beautiful vistas of the valley....definitely will return

Course extremely soft, mud on your ball every shot made for a long day cleaning and remaining on cart path during the over seeding season. Course needs time to recover....not that much fun to play in this condition....hopefully much better in the weeks ahead.....TE/Scottsdale,AZ

Great track, wonderful conditions....worth playing the extra $$....traps a little crusty but otherwise superb fairways and greens...can't wait until next time!!

Played McCormick Ranch many times for years but the course has deteriorated substantially . I was shocked at the lack
of maintenance, sand traps are a joke, no sand basically dirt, tee boxes were not trimmed, SAD for a course that has much to offer. Management needs to get their act together

Course just off re-seeding.....cart path only caused pace of play issues. Greens /fairways excellent condition, traps need dire attention....like concrete!!

Enjoyed the Palm course immensely, only complaint traps need attention.....lack of sand, weeds/grass imbedded....hopefully
maintanance will address

First time playing SS, wonderful layout, made the mistake playing the middle tees(6000yd). Should have played the 6700yd layout as provides for fuller
shots. Greens were definitely the weak point of the course hopefully maintenance will work on better growth, way too many pitch marks not repaired. Definitely play again.
