The course was great. Greens were fast and true. Fairways were outstanding. Best thing is the staff. Starter was friendly
And informative. Cashier was pleasant and nice. She was fantastic. The best is one Marshall 'Dave'. He went above and beyond. He is the kindest person who enjoys his job. I shot a 79 and would play the course again but because of Dave I will play the course evertime I'm in Austin

11:28 tee time. We arrived on time and checked in with starter. At 11:50 still had not teed off. Starter said we had 3 groups in front of my group. Sad part is the group on the 1 box was a 11:20 tee time
The group behind them were walk up and the group in front of us was 11:36.
Need I say more!!!! What is the purpose of booking a tee time and you still have to fall in line with the walk ups

I booked my round for four players through GN. We arrived early, checked in, loaded our clubs and preceded to check in with the starter. I give the starter my recite and tell him out tee time.
Then the starter says he will fit us in.
as he began to write our names at the bottom of a waiting list I glanced down and noticed that he scratched through our typed names on the tee time and placed three other players in our place. I said you placed someone else in our tee time
spaced. He said don't worry about it.
Needless to say we had to wait for two additional groups to tee off.
I understand if the course is running behind but I don't understand being placed on a waiting list and watching other groups tee off at your tee time.
If this is the standard what purpose does it serve to book online and pay booking fees

Poor staff cart person showed up when we were on hole 18.

1. There was no starter working
2. I had a tee time but had to wait an additional 40 to tee off
3. It started raining before we could play the first hole
It was storming. The practice green was flooded.
As golfers started to return to the clubhouse and asked for rain checks. The gentleman working the register told everyone to wait 30 minutes before he could give them a rain check.
In addition to making golfers wait, he displayed poor customer service.
Thank you for the review. We apologize for the miscommunication. Weekends can be stacked and our crew does our best to manage slow starts or weather delays. In this case, it seems our started could have explained the delay-shift a little better. We hope the rest of your round and day was enjoyable. If you have a moment, we'd like to discuss with you.
