Average executive type course. Greens were good but fairways not.

Course was in great condition. Greens had hard pin placements. Good pace of play. Just under 4 hours.
Staff very friendly. Views outstanding on some holes.

Left golf bag with a golf towel laying on top of clubs and went inside to check in. Came out and someone walked off with the golf towel. It could have been worse and they walked off with everything. Un believable this happened in Sun City.

Is an easy course to walk if you want to. Pace of play is great and course in good condition. Greens still a little slow but should speed up.

Layout similar to Sun City Country Club. This course seemed in better condition. Great value for the money.

Having played Peoria Pines quite a bit I thought I would try Bellaire. I will give the edge to Bellaire for a better course to play. Although close to a 1000 yards shorter it still seemed like a good challenge for me.

Over 4 1/2 hrs to play. Teed off at 11:00

Greens not as good as Peoria Pines. Good value for a quick practise round.

Played in 3 1/2 hrs. Tee off at 11:45 on a Tuesday.
Why do you charge $4>00 for a 57 cent drink??????????? This why people bring their own drinks on golf courses.

Greens not green. Putts rolled okay. Was worth the price paid.

Was nice to see a marshal out doing his job. Bunkers were a little inconsistent.

2 hours and 40 minutes to play the front nine. Had 5 groups on 2nd hole. Three of us waiting at tee, one in fairway and one on the green. I will not play there again.

course is priced right for the condition it is in. lot if ball marks on greens.

course had some standing water due to watering in morning

I would rate course as moderate challenge. Could not set for this. Also would say course was/is in very good condition but not "Pristine". Again, could not set for this. Hard to find level ground on some tee boxes.
