For a Saturday afternoon round the pace of play was ideal. Even more so when considering it was cart path only due to heavy rain the days before. Pro shop staff was extremely courteous and helpful>

We found out the greens had just been punched only after we got there so the putting wasn't much fun. No beverage cart at all on the back 9. Course layout is nice. The experience was OK for the price.

For a weekend afternoon green fee of <$25 Whitestone is an excellent value. Fairways are very generous so driver is in play almost all the way around. #10 and #16 are weird winding par 5s but all other holes set up well. Greens are deceptively quick if you get above the hole. Not much sand in any of the bunkers but overall enjoyed the course.

The only negative thing I have is that the greens were very firm and wouldn't hold shots very well.
They were fast and true on putts but very difficult to get anything near the hole because of the firmness.

Greens were not cut low enough. Pace of play too slow. No marshalls to keeps folks moving.

Practice green was closed so had to dodge chippers to practice putt but course was nice. Starter, marshalls were all helpful. Beverage cart girl Kathy was very sweet and stayed out despite rain. Good value experience.
