Played on a hot Monday morning. Course in very good shape. Greens recovering from recent aeration, but it didn’t spoil the fun. Will play again when we are in Lake Charles.

Course was in very good condition. Layout has a variety of challenges, but fair for all skill levels. Excellent cart condition, well marshalled, very good pace. Excellent clubhouse service and food. Friendly staff. I look forward to returning.

We enjoyed our round at Beachwood GC. Greens were slow and had been recently aerated, but putted pretty true. Bunkers needed attention, but there had been rain recently. The layout was fun with good combinations of doglegs and straight holes. Par 3s were challenging with some length and bunkering. Our 3some teamed up with a local which helped for our first time playing there. Pace was good for the most part, less than 4 hours. Staff was very friendly. Would play again.

WC Highlands, just a few minutes south of I610 South Loop. Open links style course with varying elevations. Greens, tees, and fairways all in good condition. Challenging, but fair layout. Great views of Downtown Houston in distance. You have to think out strategy and execute on every hole. Good food and drink in the grill. Well staffed.

Course was in good shape for a municipal course. Water and high rough provide inducement to stay in fairway. Excessive rain had traps packed down. Greens were in fair to good condition and putted true and were holding for approach shots. Good location, just 20-25 minutes from downtown Hiouston. Good pace in the morning.

Good, challenging course without being excessively long. The kind of course you could play every day and not get bored. A few greens were a little rough. Some greens were excellent. it is early in the year, though and I believe they will improve. I definitely plan to put it on my playing schedule regularly. Recently renovated clubhouse is very nice. Very accessible, I live in Galleria area and found the drive time very reasonable.

Several improvements over the years increasing playability including removal of excess poorly maintained bunkers throughout. Tees and greens very good shape, greens fast. Fairways better than most East Texas gumbo fairways. At least there is grass. Challenging holes with water and rough to avoid. Knowing distances to hazards is critical.
Only complaint is pace of play. Marshals are advertised, but I can't remember having seen one. There always seems to be a group of slow players dragging the play time out. Very enjoyable, just get an early tee time, before 8am.

Course was in good condition, especially the greens. Perhaps as good as any in Houston and better than most. Fairways were hard, but grass covered. The bunkers needed raking, but were in good condition. Pace of play was good , just a tad over 4 hours on a weekend morning.
I intend to play here again soon.

Tough but fair. Reasonable cost. Good condition. Mature tees, fairways and greens. I would like to see sand traps tilled and raked after a rainy period. Greens held approach shots and putted true.
Staff was super friendly. Well managed golf experience. We played behind a "slow" foursome and still finished in 4 hours.
