Confusion and Slowness
I used Golfnow.com to book my time. However, when I arrived, the time I was scheduled for was not what I was given online. I will say that guy in the pro shop went beyond what was needed to do to accomodate us (party of 3) and got us off when we were supposed to get off. The ones loading bags were unfortunately not so courteouse - they were simply doing a job. The round was unnecessarily slow, and I was completely discouraged by the end of the round - not by my score, but because it took so long.

Good morning Faye, let us first start by apologizing for the mix up during your check-in. We strive to provide a seamless experience for all of our golfers, no matter how they book with us. Occasionally, when we work with other partners, some wires can get crossed and tee times move around. By no means is this the norm, and as you saw, we work hard to correct any mistakes. It is unfortunate to hear that the hospitality you experienced in the shop was not the same you received while loading your cart. We will escalate this to the team in charge to ensure you are provided an enjoyable experience throughout your round. The same can be said for your comment on the pace of play. We will speak with the Rangers and team in the shop to address this. We do see you rated the course conditions and course layout to be great.
