Great price with the senior rate, carts is in good condition, tee box are decent but can be better like being flat, level. Fairways and hit and miss with lots of animals hole that some are covered up but not flat, irregular grasses and uneven fairways. Area near the green have been much improved. Bunker are in the wet side and some areas of the fairways are over watered being a bit muddy. Green are green and in great condition.

I played here about 40 times a year for the past 2 years, some of the cart path by the tee boxes are in. Dry poor conditions, most fairways are decent, the restroom in the middle of the course is often locked so don’t drink too much, most tee box are decent and the greens are very good, no water to me is a plus, I don’t usually lose balls here as you can play from the wrong fairways. I like the layout for variety, not a long course which is great for average players, 3 putting green and the one by the parking lot is very good to practice chipping. I drive one hour to get here , driving past the one in front of my house

Watch out for water on 5 holes. Lots of bunkers, me very happy to birdie the finishing hole.. I don’t many of these

Not a good course for player with mobility, some green requires climbing up and down to reach the puttting surface, green are in great condition but many blind shot on up hill lies preventing views of the bunker in front of the green, course is unforgiving.

I live across the street and know how was the course was then it first open , I recently started playing golf again and play my local course. First impression. Then switch the front and back 9 but that is actually good as you finish by the parking lot but they made us start on the back 9 , don't know why. Ok now the good part , I like the layout, very challenging and with great view, Fairway had only a few area of hardpan , When the course was new, all the fairway and rough was immaculate, then a few years later, lots of the fairway was soaked and muddy! Not on the dry side. That day it was 96 degrees! With record temperature for November, The drinking fountain my the restrooms-both of them were not working!,, There were 2 drinking water ice chest and one was out of water !,, and no person driving around to sell us drinks .. we were drying out there !,
Also, only one hole / tee box had a ball washer???? This course could easily be improved with few simple thing. And there were charging $5 for a coke/soda /water. $1 for a cup of ice even when you buy the bottle of soda , seems like they want you to bring all supplies yourself. Not sure when I would play again but only on the dead time with my own drinks a lots of balls
