I was joined by two other gents and we had a great time/chat. The course is fair and well worth the value…forgiving fairways, very good greens that rolled true and offered appropriate tee boxes for our various abilities.

Forgetting the first two holes (1 is ‘under repair’ and 2 is blah) the rest of the course was very enjoyable. Greens were (for the most part…a few blotches here and there) very good and rolled true. Fairways were (again, for the most part) in good condition. I enjoyed the layout and very much value for dollar spent (yes you could spend 3-10 times the amount for a nicer clubhouse, exceptional conditioning, range, etc) but for a snowbird who hadn’t swung a club for 3 months, this was perfect.

Joined as a single and from the second I stepped out of the car I was treated very well. Got placed with 3 other singles, were not pushed nor pushing anyone (bliss for a 1030 tee time) and thoroughly enjoyed the round. The course was challenging without being gimmicky (assuming you play from the correct tees :0)

But nothing spectacular. I thought the greens are just stupid....I get undulations but whoever designed the greens was definitely a masochist (or never played them and thought it was funny). Course personnel are all top notch.

First off they were very accommodating (I booked as a single, the 3some showed up with 4 and the pro shop gave me many options to go...I got out in front of some members and played the course...very good condition). Thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely play it again.

Course needs some work on maintenance (bunkers are dirt, off fairway needs a cut and the fairway needs a cut)...greens are very good and the course is a nice layout. They just need to put some money into ongoing upkeep/maintenance and the course would be a steal :0)

that I will definitely play again (this was my first time at it...I heard great things and not so great things but realize the not so great things were from golfers who would really struggle with this layout).

ok the course took a pounding with weather/rain over the last couple of days (bunkers were practically washed out) but the track is great...greens are in great shape (true). They don't waste money on things that really don't matter (like a fancy clubhouse, rough, etc)...bring your 'A' game and play from the right tee's and you will thoroughly enjoy it. Also, I got to play the last 6 holes with a star of the future (Will...didn't get his last name but, trust me, he is 8 years old and FANTASTIC...look for him in 10 years on the tour or, at least, a grade "A" scholarship :o)

Just get the lad in the pro shop a personality (but that doesn't matter to me...the course is what I care about :o)

the front nine is very good (layout/condition), back nine (from what we saw before we left after hour 4) is very boring and needed work...pace of play was ridiculously slow which forced us to leave after the 12th hole (4 hours into the round!)...nobody behind us pushing us just sloooooooow :o(

this course's layout is very good (course design) but it has obviously seen better times...fairways are really beaten up, bunkers are dirt (and not cared for) and the greens are in poor shape...lastly the proshop could be a little friendlier...that said, it was really refreshing for the people when you returned the cart to be very upbeat and "hope you come again"...price was right which is the only reason I would gauge this as a "fair" course...really a shame since there are interesting holes and a very good layout...just been let go from a conditioning point of view...sad.

definitely the best of the two courses...challenging, pretty good condition, pace was slow though (shouldn't be 4 3/4 hours when you tee off before 8am in March...no marshall to keep the pace going and will definitely impact pace later in the day)

nothing special here but a good course for the money and a definite "warm up" course.

played in very windy conditions but course was in good shape...pro shop could use a lesson in customer friendliness but I don't pay for that ;o)
