Tee time 10:16am golfnow $19. Standing in pro shop to pay at 10:10. Cashier talking to person checking out in front us talked for 8 mins. Proceeded to tell us we're late, starter was calling for you. I said, we've been standing in line for 10 mins so of course we're late. One down, time for the starter, walk out he says (my name)? I say yes sir how are you doing? "You're late." I repeat my rebuttal from earlier. He says I was in there a minute ago. I said funny I didn't see you the whole 10mins we were in there. He says I just sent a 2some out I'd appreciate it if your 2some joined. Well his sense of time must be off because he wasn't in the clubhouse "a minute ago" and the 2some wasn't "just sent out" because they were already in the green. After that, pace was brutal, albeit a holiday weekend. Course was very nice and I had time so it wasn't ruining my day. Rangers were flying all the course, but never stopped to address anything. If you can get past the starter, you'll have a good experience on the course. Oh the yardage on the cards are way off. Use a GPS on your phone for actual yardage.

Very Nice...6 Handicap.

As per usual, starter was a complete doosher. Never played here before, went to the actual Firestone clubhouse first (down the road) this place is called Hackers apparently. Ended up being about 10 mins late. Starter got smart about it, I said thank you sir and tee'd. Clubhouse was very friendly though. Course was super soft, felt true. $13 wj cart on golfnow. Although short, very fun to play. Pace of play can get ridiculous considering there are only 9 holes. Especially if you have a 4some with three buzzed females pulling out the range finder every shot even though they hit about 15yds each shot. In all, make sure you're not in a hurry and have fun. Definitely worth it.
