Ted and I played this course this morning at 7am, and the fairways were pretty good, BUT the greens are a mess. They are hurting a lot. They sanded them, Aerated them, BUT not good. Maybe by August they will be fine. I remember when Clear Creek always had great greens, but not now.

Greens were very bumpy and slow. Fairways not much better. They should bite the bullet and close the front nine for a month and repair the fairways and greens, then close the back nine and do the same thing. It is a pretty good course to play, but needs a lot of work.

I remember when I would not have recommended this course. But under the new management, they are trying very hard to bring an excellent golf course back to Pearland. The greens are excellent, and roll true, their fairways are getting much better, but the people are outstanding. I love this course.

Almost Perfect, greens were not slow, not fast fairways outstanding scoring well, 1 over on the front 9 but 9 over on the back, very hot and humid. I am 70 and my bud is 66 and we ran out of gas on the back. Going back this weekend

Course is closing for about 10 weeks, they are putting in new Greens. Staff is outstanding. Wish they had more of a variety of food in the clubhouse but what they have is good. I love the course a good test for all levels of golfers. Can’t wait for Labor Day.

very hot 100 degrees heat index. tried to park in shade. 90 degree rule in effect. everything was fine until the marshal showed up. he proceeded to tell us to stay on the path and sit in the heat. he followed us around the entire round to make sure we were on the path. He the n proceeded to talk to us about, beer drinking, I always bring one [1] beer for our 4some we crack it at 11, most rangers don't mind but this one made us throw them away. but having said that, the greens are real slow and have acne. Won't ever go back.

Long par 4sfrom the tips and blue tees for guys over 65 but course is in good shape. Enjoyed our round. Good course

A cold front came through and the wind picked up and the temperature dropped almost 25 degrees. And of course the scores on the back nine went up from the front nine. but over all we had a great day. The course is in spring conditions, but very playable. Staff very nice and the food was great.

Spring conditions, some of the greens were bumpy, and new seed for trouble spots. Should be better in a month. They have good food specials and 2 free beverages with your paid greens fee. staff is excellent.

Course will be great in about 1 month. They had aerated the greens about a week before so they are slow. They just have snacks at the turn, no food. But I am going back. It is about two and a half hrs from my home, but well worth the drive.

My last review was not complimentary. But since my last time playing here, it has turned around 180 degrees. It has become the course that is a must play. Fairways and greens are excellent, and the food in the clubhouse was the same. Now if only people would fix their ballmarks and rake the bunkers, my round on sat 09/17/16 would have been PERFECT. First it was 100degrees. got stuck behind 2 players having a bad day. very slow front 9. No golf etiquette. Did not let me play though. went in front back 9. played course in 3hrs 30mins. course is in good shape and the rough was Rough a good test. traps were so-so. Very little shade, should put trees around tee boxes for more shade. All around a good course and great people.

The greens are a mess. putting through greens with rough areas, your ball bounces and goes off line. it got to a point to where I made a good putt and because of the patches of bad green surface, my ball took a 90degree right hand turn. right now at this time don't bother. will go back and play in 3 months.

I was teamed up with another 3some. It poured the day before. We played cart-path only the whole round. we had 3 carts and played ready golf. day was beautiful but cool. my new 3 friends are great people and the course is tremendous for all levels of play.

Everything is top shelf. I would recommend this course for everyone. different for different handicaps.

course was perfect. I am a15and my friend is an 11 and we enjoyed our day. Staff was friendly. pace of play 4 hrs on a sunday morning at 10am. fairways generous, ruff was rough. and the sand was soft, and for the most part maintained. I was lucky and got my green fees for half the price. This is a must play. Highly recommend

I played the course today 04/28/13, sunny, little wind, beautiful. This is the best course I have played in Texas. Best maintained, most beautiful, but I am from Cape Cod and Galveston reminds alot of Home. The course is for everyone of all skill levels. I was so impressed. I am a 13 handicap and I play all over the country. Ed

I played this course Sat. Dec, 8 2012. It is a cow pasture at best. A pretty good layout, but another golf course course laid to waste. A great deal of work is needed to repair this place. Beautiful location, leaves all over. Could not find my ball twice just off the fairway. Staff and building very nice and clean, but the course, don't bother.
