Played while on trip based on Golfnow reviews.....nice layout.....condos not right on top of you.....we were able to book a great price.

Played it March '15 and found course in terrible condition. Fairways too close together so there balls everywhere. Took over 5 and half hours to complete round.

Some great views, great pace four hour round.
Elevated greens were a problem for our wives.
Worth the trip.

Played it while on vacation booking through Golfnow....hour south of Phoenix but a nice drive and worth the trip.

Played in 2008 and it was great. Recommended this time and was very disappointed. Half the tee boxes weren't cut, very shaggy. Absolutely no sand in the bunkers. Grass around the greens and bunkers hadn't been trimmed this year. If this is a 4 1/2 star then Troon North and We-Ke-Pa are 6 stars.

The staff was polite and helpful. The layout does not deserve a 4 star as per Golf Digest Places to Play. Most holes were boring. Greens receptive and the rolled fine, again for the time of the year.
