Sunridge has everything to challenge a golfer at any level. Choose your tee box and be ready for an exciting day. You have water to avoid, great greens to putt and a well designed course layout.

I’m on vacation and golf alone. I was paired with two locals; we were all the same age and skill set. Course is well maintained and had that touch of loving care. Greens were excellent. Not too fast but honest and true. Water in play on a few holes and bunkers strategically placed. This course is a challenge but not frustratingly impossible.

We vacation South Lake Tahoe almost every year; however it’s been two years since we were here. The course has been greatly improved. Greens are excellent and there are no bare spots on the fairways. I’ve been playing here for almost twenty years and this time it’s the best condition ever. I’m here for another ten days and hope to play a couple more times.

I've played Iron Valley a few years ago and loved it. This time it was even better. The course matured some but the staff is as good as ever. With the choice of tee boxes you can make this challenging course even harder if you like. The course took advantage of the natural terrain. Fair but you better be accurate.

Very disappointing; for a JW Marriott course it didn't come up to standards. Didn't seem to be managed well. With so many courses in the area avoid this one for now. Greens were rough and the staff just didn't seem to have it together.

There is much to be said for maturity. The course was built when I was one year old, 1947. Many recent upgrades and work overs have resulted it an excellent course. With mature trees that are unforgiving by refusing to let you ball pass through, and rebuilt greens you will not be bored. I regret I didn't get back to play it again; it's on my "must play" list next time in in town.

Standing on the Tee Box looking on the fairway you may think this looks easy. They first appear broad but you must place your tee shot clearly in play or you will struggle. The front 9 are hills....hills....and more hills. Well positioned sand traps offer a challanging approach shot. The back 9 is less hilly but just as challenging. I love it and hope to play again on my next trip to Atlanta.

I expected a good course but it really is a great one. Bunkers are numerous and come into play. Water is abundant and not always an issue but at times offer a challange. I was paired up with another golfnow single who had played here before. Great time, staff very helpful, practice areas well above average.

It was one of those VERY windy days in Vegas. Course had few golfers and we moved quickly. I was alone but paired up with a dad and his son (the son is an outstanding golfer, every shot long and straight); they added another single and we had a nice four-some. Greens were like glass but true. A challenge with the wind but lots of fun! Hey they had 2 inches of snow back home - how could I not have fun!

I guess I expected better course maintainence; reality was a dry winter showed in fairways and greens. The clubhouse is beautiful and the driving range and practice greens are superior. I played alone and the signage on the course was almost no existent; I got lost several times. A good course layout (Arnie did good work) with great variety. Where there was water it came into play. Bunkers around the greens could not be ignored. I plan on playing it again.

Water in the desert, lots of trees and beautiful grass! Worth the short drive from Vegas. Don't miss this course. It is on my bucket list to play again.

Everything you expect at at top tier course. Difficult but fair and certainly fun to play.
