We paid $130 per person to play this course. The tee boxes were extremely poor. Most had no grass only dirt, and we're not level causing you to have the ball teed below or above your feet. The greens were in terrible condition. They were very bumpy and looked as if they needed grass! We played this course last year and it was in very good condition. Extremely disappointing.

Some of the greens were in terrible condition. They had bare spots on them. A lot of greens had damage around the fringe.

I played this course on a Saturday. Although this is more of a resort course, I found the fairways and the greens were in excellent condition for the amount of play! My only concern was the pace of play. The ranger tried to move people along but was not having much luck. I would definitely recommend this course to play as I enjoyed the layout as well as the views.

I have played both courses Palm and Pine, and didn't enjoy either one. I found the tee boxes and fairways in terrible condition on both courses. I would rather pay more money on a course more enjoyable to play.

I enjoyed the course very much. We started on #10 which was over 420 yd Par 4, a tough hole to start. The back 9 had a couple of par 4's over 400 yds. The course has about 108 bunkers on it. It was well designed and played challengely.

This is one of my favorite courses. Every time I play this course, it is in great shape and condition. I love the layout as well.

The course was in excellent condition. The greens were very fast. The ball would roll out on every putt very true.

I have always liked this course. I enjoy the course layout as well as its condition. The only negative is pace of play. It is almost like a resort therefore a lot of play is booked on it. No course ranger exists to help speed play up.

My only complaint, was the pace of play. We had to wait on every hole starting on the 3rd due to the groups in front of us. The ranger indicated there were a lot of first time players on the course. Twice we wait 20 or more minutes to tee off causing 3 groups to be on the tee.

We had a tee time of 1:52 PM but did not tee off until 2:25PM. It took over 2 1/2 hrs to play 9 holes. At around 5:00 PM we made the turn. Since we knew we would not get the other 9 holes in before dark, I asked the pro shop for a rain chcek for the 9 holes. Their response was it is not raining and we do not quarentee you will get 18 holes of golf in. I have not encountered this type of response previously. I was not very happy. Although we have played this course many times in the past, due to the lack of customer service, I will not play it again.
