Really nice course allot of slope up and down some blind second shots, nice deep bunkers gaurding the greens. Bunkers have plenty of sand greens rolled true with consistent speed all day. My only complaint would be standing water in bunkers really wet in other places played early and only on a few holes on the front nine

hadn't played the palms course in a few years overall conditions were good.Tee boxes were really fuzzy, ,fairways a bit high,bunkers were in good shape. The greens were a little slow but rolled true, played as a single and was able to finish in under three hours

course is in good condition there are still plug holes in the chipping area around some of the greens doesn't affect play bunkers are good greens were excellent and rolled true

Have not played here in a few years, some of the trees that increased the difficulty have been removed.The course itself was in good condition, if your in the fairways very flat, greens are elevated so they have some slopes and contours to them and they roll well, Good value and pace of play was great 3 people 3 1/2 hours
