If you want to play a round instead of putting time on the driving range, this is the perfect place. Decent coarse with no time of play pressure at all.

With hot deal rate you can't go wrong. Sure not perfect but what course really is? If you want to golf a clean friendly course that allows you to try to hit long I would definitely recommend you give it a go! If your disappointed then golf high end course's only.

Better than average course. If you have not played this course I would recommend you give it a try.

Sand traps are basically hazards and it would not take a whole lot to clean up the course between fairways. Puddled standing water is never a good thing to deal with as well!

Good course to get your swing on! You really can"t lose a ball unless you hit the ball in the water, so crank it up and see how far you can hit it! Sand Traps are soft and deep and plentiful. Great Staff!

Not beating up the course but the greens were so hard that any chip shot you land on the green it would roll roll and roll for another chip shot. If you miss a 10 ft putt prepare yourself for a 20 ft putt coming back to the hole. Had some nice approach shots on the green just to be penalized ( ball would roll off the back of the green) I realize water is a luxury these days so just be prepared. Also good course to hit all your clubs in the bag. A nice drive and you still might have a 5 or 6 iron to the green.

Just about every course we book through Golf Now will let you tee off early if the tee box is vacant but for some reason Villa De Paz is very adamant about waiting till 3:00. We putted with 5 other golf parties from 2:30 till 3:00. No golf parties teed off between 2:30 and 3:00 and then at 3:00 they called us a party at a time. Of course it was wide open on the course between 2:30 and 3:00 and then we had to manage the 5 parties who were golfing at a discount! I realize the price goes down at 3:00 but it 's common sense to me to get the discount golfers off a little early if possible to keep a better flow. Just Saying!

For winter rates this course is a pretty good deal. Course plays somewhat challenging with a couple of really long par 4's. Fun day of Golf! Trees, Trees and more Tree's!

Cart marshal (young kid you get your cart from after you pay for round) did not want to be there! A simple hello or enjoy your round would be nice. The carts are in really bad condition (used two carts for 18 holes). GPS seemed to be a nice add on. Fairway and greens are in decent shape but anything outside of that is in really bad condition. Bunkers are strictly maintained by mother nature if you know what I mean.

Fairways in pretty good shape but the greens were way to slow to putt on. It's too bad because there was plenty of full grass to manicure. Also, clean the swamps, I mean lakes!

Excellent course for Intermediate and better handicaps. Have never played a course with so many traps and huge traps at that. That being said traps were well placed, maintained and the course was in super shape. This course is a nice alternative to what you're used to playing in Sun City. Find an internet special and treat yourself to some great golf.

If you miss the fairway you could be in a lot of trouble. Easy to lose balls again if you are off the fairway's. Course is very well marked with hole information at the tee box's so you are never second guessing where you are driving the ball. Fun course for intermediate and better golfer. Beginner golfer will not enjoy this course. A lot of target golf!

Bring your driver. Every hole is a driver hole except for the par 3's. The only drawback with the course is the lack of yardage markers. Every hole I struggled guessing yardage to the pin. Even on the tee box on par 3's you really struggle trying to figure out the yardage due to no signage. Overall the course is well worth playing.

Front 9 is closed and the back 9 condition is one of the worst I have ever played. No upkeep outside of the fairway at all.
