I played this course 3 times, mainly due to location and price. Twice it was very very slow play. In fact the last round I gave up at the 12th hole.
My biggest problem with this course is that some fairways are very narrow and have water all along one side and condos all along the other side. On holes 10 and 11 if you miss the narrow fairway on the first or second shots say goodbye to your ball. Hole number 8 is just stupid. There is a 20 yard diameter landing space at 250 yds, otherwise you have to play max 175 yds off the tee to find a landing spot. On a par 5!!!! Unless you can hit a driver dead straight there is no shot.

The round was enjoyable even though the fairways are not at their best. They are generally a bit hard and the grass is very short, almost bald. The greens looked bad but actually played fine. A bit faster than I am used to but not enough to cause problems .This was my first time on this course and I found some of the fairways a bit tight for me. Also there are a few hole that have significant water that you can't see off the tee or on the second shot.
