Just okay

Wide open course with the exception of a few holes that have very strange layouts. Fairly maintained, pace of play was good...but when we finished our round at 3:30 pm you could tell it was much slower. The bar was nice and had great food. Not much of a selection for courses around this area, but I would choose another course next time.

Good idea choosing another course. Try Riverwinds around the corner. Riverwinds makes Westwood look more like the toilet it truly is. Not a blade of grass on the tee boxes. Greens are pathetic. Fairways are a combination of Northern California Sensamilla and Crabgrass. LoL New owners who need an education on course management and a real greens keeper. This course isn't worth more than $20 during the week.

Slowwww.....

First off, course conditions were just okay. Layout was nothing special and besides the greens the course was not very well maintained. Aside from that, I would not recommend playing this course on weekdays as the pace was considerably slow...two sets of foursomes waiting at each tee box! I left early, usually I would stay and stick it out, but I only paid $14 which was the saving grace to the day. Oh and the staff was great as well...cheers

Course could use a lot of work....

Overall, our foursome's experience at Spring Meadow was very disappointing. The course requires a lot of attention. The fairways were very patchy and burnt up, the greens, despite their small size also needed a lot of work. Off the first tee there was a lot of confusion...there were 3 flagsticks in the distance that were only 20 to 30 yards away from each other which were separated by black netting hung from the trees! Very odd. The staff left much to be desired as well. The ranger rudley alerted to as that we needed to pick up the pace multiple times when there was another foursome in front of us holding us up. I would not recommend this course to anyone. Pay the extra money to play one of the many great courses the area has to offer instead.

decent course for a great value

With a golfnow promo code only paid $12 for a noon tee time on a Friday. Course is in decent shape. I really enjoyed the layout, but the fairways are tight and tough to differentiate the fairways from the roughs on certain holes. Overall, I would rate the course at 3 stars but the friendliness of the staff and overall value would bump it up to 4 stars for my experience here.
