We arrived 40 minutes prior to our tee time of 1:22 and were greeted in the pro shop by at least 15 groups ahead of us waiting to pay. This left us no time to go to the range to warm up. The next very disappointing thing happened on the #1 tee. Our group was called and the pro shop announced 5 names for our time. We went to the #1 hole on time, and to our surprise there were 3 golf carts in the group ahead of us with 5 players in that group. We asked what time they had and were told that they had the 1:15 time. The other golfers in our group were no where to be found. We also discovered from the 5-some ahead of us that they were following another 5-some. All of this left my husband and myself in a two-some. What course allows that? As a result, we were left to wait on every shot in our round. Where was the course marshall or starter to correct this? It is unlikely that we will return.

Our foursome had a time yesterday at 1 pm and we were on the range waiting to be called to the #1 tee. We soon discovered that we had not been called and groups behind us were being sent out. We approached them and cleared it up right away. All of a sudden the clubhouse starter showed up on the tee box claiming that our group was called several minutes earlier and we missed our start time. We explained that we had not heard our names called at all and his attitude was that it was our fault and our time was 12:52. We explained our tee time was 1:00 and he disputed that when our cart was clearly marked with the 1:00 tee time. Not a great way to greet returning customers. We love the course and will be back, but would really appreciate not being called out by your starter. Very poor customer relations.
