I'll blame the holiday weekend for this one but it took 3 hours 15 minutes to get done with 10 holes and back to the clubhouse and that is where I left. I knew it was going to be rough when the ranger was just driving around telling you how slow it was. When we got to hike 9 there were 4 groups waiting to tee off so we had a 20 person backup at one hole. I normally really enjoy Rancho but this day was a brutal as it could get.

This course is a decent layout and it seems like they are putting money in making the golf course better I can't wait to see it improve.

I always enjoy this course and this day was no exception. My only complaint was the speed of the greens, they were so slow!! They were in great shape and rolled true just uber slow.

I know PV isn't the jewel of valley golf but the conditions today were horrid. The fairways are burnt out and the only green vegetation are weeds which are in abundance. Even for a hot deal price it's a disappointment, I play this course quite a bit because it's cheap and a good place to work on irons but the shape it is in now is just sad.

This was my first time playing Sterling Grove, it probably won't be the last. We were a threesome grouped with a member. The member was very courteous and provided some great information through the round. The greens were a little bumpy but I'm sure they will improve with time. My only complaint about the course is the bathroom situation, there are no bathrooms on the course.

This place is notorious for stupid long rounds. You can play a round at Troon or TPC Scottsdale in the same amount of time it takes to play this course. I like the layout for a round of iron and wedge practice but the pace of play really needs to be addressed for 15-20 dollars more you can play courses in way better shape and faster.

I’ve made it my summer mission to find courses a little off the beaten path and lesser known than the big name course that dot the area. This was a fun course with interesting greens and just an overall good design.

The course is in as good a shape I expected for the price of the tee time. The pace of play was great. When other places in the valley are close or over $200 for 18 this is a nice escape.

I always love this course, it has great views and a great variety of holes. You don’t have to hit it a mile in order to score well so that is definitely one of the things I like. Took a couple visiting from Montana and we got the views and experience without breaking the bank.

This is usually a nice course to play at. Today was a 5 hour round with a ton of waiting, no to mention missing the fairways by an inch or two resulted in a stroke penalty, and the only hole that had sand in the bunkers was 18. Overall not a fun round at all.

The course was in good shape and the staff is always excellent here and the three people I was paired with were great to play with.

Decent little course, has the most unfriendly guy ever working the front desk. Instead of a thanks for choosing our course today you get a lecture of what you can't do on the course.

This is a fun course that during the summer offers a challenge but fun round. The course is not as busy this time of year so my son and I was able to get around in 3 hours for the round. The front 9 on this course is a straight forward layout with only the normal challenges ahead while the back 9 offers lots of doglegs and blind tee shots with a lot of risk reward off the tee if your up for the challenge.

This is a fun course with some memorable holes that will provide a challange but doesn't require a monster drive on every hole to have a good round. The views around the course are also a bonus for the cost of playing this course, when people come to visit this is a great place to take them for a fun relaxing round of golf.

The course was in good shape and the weather was perfect a 70 degrees in February in Kansas. The only problem was the pace of play and behavior of other players. With no marshals on the course the first tee box was a mess, we actually had a group play through while we were waiting on the group in front of to play their shots, we were hit into no less than 6 times throughout the round that lasted over 5 hours. For being advertised as a country club you expect a certain level of etiquette and knowledge from the others golfers that just wasn't there. I really enjoy the layout of the course and think it is fun to play but I will never go back there on a weekend.

The course was in nice shape, much better than the last time I played there. The greens are somewhat small and it doesn't play very long so it made for a nice challenge but could be taken advantage of with good drives on the par 4's.
