Los Prados is a delightful course to play a round of golf at. The course has its challenges and the staff is fabulous and the club house is a great place to stop at after your round for some good times. Los Prados course management allowed my wife and me to play 18 holes without being paired up with another couple. This is great because she is just learning the game and her handicap is in the high thirties. This gives her the opportunity to play at her own speed and capabilities without being pressured by other players as well as not aggravating/discourage other players that would be paired with us. We are loyal fans of Los Prados golf club and we might even end of buying a home there just to be a member of that golf club community.

This was our first time to play this course. The staff was very friendly and the course was fun to play. The driving range and putting green where in great shape to loosen up and get a handle on what the course would be like. There were many challenging Par 3 Holes and the 9th and 18th Par 4 Holes really up the challenge with the doglegs and water in play. Greens were as much of a challenge with angulations and speed. Only issue was with "Pace of Play". Back to back 4 some's and we just couldn't get away from people that did not know how to hit or putt! Then there were the locals that were jumping around the course playing open holes. Trouble is they jumped in front of us multiple times and that really slowed our play. Took over 4 hours to play basically a Par 3 Course. We will probably not go back to this course unless we get a really low price.

The Quarry Golf Course was beautiful and challenging. The views were awesome so make sure you have your camera available to take pictures! The course allowed my Son-in-Law and me to play 18 holes without being paired up with another couple. My son-in-law loves this course and now I know why. I live in Las Vegas but next time I am back in Ohio I will definitely play the Quarry again! ;o)

Chippewa Golf Club allowed my Son-in-Law and I to play 18 holes of golf without being paired up with another couple. This was fabulous because I am just learning the game of golf and my handicap is in the high twenties. This gives me the opportunity to play at my own speed and capabilities without being pressured by other players as well as not aggravating and or discourage other players that would have been paired with us. The golf course was beautiful and challenging. Watch out for the Bermuda Triangle (Holes 14, 15, & 16). My son-in-law loves those holes for the extreme challenge of the game. For me – I enjoyed watching him play those three holes with only one over for all three. A majority of the greens have contour to them as well as being fast, so getting your ball to the green still leaves you a challenge to get your ball into the hole and make your par. ;o) I look forward to playing my next round of golf at Chippewa Golf Club!

Boulder City Municipal Golf Course allowed my wife and me to play 18 holes without being paired up with another couple. Boulder City Municipal Golf Course has plenty of challenging holes to test your golf skills and with all the mature trees you can find shelter from the sun.

This was our first time to play this golf course and not only were we so disappointed in the course conditions but the way we were treated by the staff was very upsetting!
First, the course condition was terrible compared to other courses in the same area. The fairways and tee boxes were burned out, with many places of large areas of just bear ground to play off of.
But what was really upsetting was the way we were treated by the folks outside the clubhouse. My son and I are really attached to our clubs and bags and we prefer not to have other people handling our clubs. I know it is customary for many golf courses to have a receiving team to take your clubs/bag and put them on the cart but many of the courses that we play at when you tell them that we will take care of our own clubs they respect our request and allow us to handle our own clubs. Not at this place! When I told them specifically not to handle my clubs they literally disregarded my request and attempted to pull my clubs off my shoulder. We actually got into a tug of war over my clubs! I won the first round but when I was in the club house checking in, the same individual came over to the club house with a different cart and switched out my clubs!
Next when I asked where the first hole was I was sternly told that someone would come and pick us up and take us to the first hole. I have never experienced that type of response. After a delay in our tee time we were finally instructed and shown where the first tee was. I had a bad feeling that something wasn’t right with our second electric cart that had been switched out, but we were being forced to tee off in between groups so we did. By the fourth hole our electric cart lost charge and we were crawling along not being able to keep pace with our other twosome. We called the club house to report our dilemma. However, it took several phone calls until we finally received a backup cart on the seventh hole. During this wait we were being pushed by our other twosome’s cart. Thankfully they were some great guys and were very understanding and also upset with the course conditions and management team.
Unfortunately this really delayed play, not only for us, but all the other golf teams behind us. I really do believe that our cart was exchanged for an uncharged cart because of our initial struggles we had over our clubs in the beginning. All this drama really did effect all of our games and it was really uncalled for. Oh by the way, the third electric cart that was brought to us on the seventh hole was fully charged and ran circles around our other team mates. I will never play this golf course again. My apologies for the long winded review but I though others might be interested in what they might experience if they play this course.

Was a nice round of golf for a mid January day. Would have been great if the wind did not pick up. Gust up to 30 Mph took it's toll on have a good time that day.

I like paying at the Las Vegas Golf Club. The course is located near the strip with a descent price. The course is fun to play with enough challenges to make me want to come back and do better.
