This is a good course. The staff is great. But for a weekday round at $86 is just wrong. There are ruff areas on some greens and hard pan under all the trees and in numerous places every where. It is a decent course and maybe at best $60 on a weekday. It’s not worth the $$$.

The front nine is literally unplayable. Greens and fairways are in bad shape.. It is great lay out and it’s fun playing by the coast but it is in poor shape. The back nine is in great shape. It’s like 2 different courses.

There were 3 fivesomes playing in the heart of a Sunday morning backing up the entire course. These guys were not that old and they were parked carts on the short grass of the greens. They had closest to the pin markers, adding there scored up on the side of the greens and not letting any one play through. This is the third and last time I will ever play there because the pace of play is awful each time I’ve played it. I spoke to a Marshal who was very nice but advised he could not let golfers play through this group because they are a regular skins game Sunday morning group that the pro shop allows to play. And the cart path is absolutely horrible! Worst I’ve ever seen... I left the course on hole 7. I play golf all over the Houston area and this is the worst pace of play course hands down. The locals ruin would could be a decent golf experience.

I’ve been playing BF for years. It is the best course for the money any where in the Bay Area. The staff is great, the Marshall’s are always nice and do a great job. They try hard to keep the course in good shape and the range is way above average. Can’t go wrong playing BF.

Great country track. Lil crazy lay out going from hole to holes and the range but who cares right.? Super cool holes and well maintained. The dude in the pro shop was a lil rude but the marshal and the crew at the grill were awesome!

I play this course frequently when I’m in NB. It is one of my favorite courses. The staff is great and friendly. My buds and I played it in April and it was great. The Marshsll was extremely nice. The pace of play is a lil slow but not to bad. Great track!

What a cool place to play golf! Course was in great shape, the food was great and the staff very friendly. It rained side ways on us but we got er done. Will deff play it again in better weather.

I booked a round on a Sunday at 12:40 on a beautiful day. I get there and there’s a huge tournament about to start at 12:30. I asked the lady in the pro shop about it and she said yes it’s about to have a shot gun start and we will try to fit you in but it will be hard for you to play your round. This is the third time this has happened to me at this place! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt for the last time. The lady didn’t offer me a free round later or nothing. And there were no other available t times in the area on a short notice in the area. Totally ruined my golf day. This is a trend at this course. DO not book this place. Especially if your out of town flying into the air port for a round of golf. You may not get to play or be stuck behind 3 to 4 groups of resident who they will not honor your t time for. This course has absolutely no business being on the Golf Now App! Beware of this sham t time joke.

This is a great course for the money. The staff was very friendly. It’s kind of off the beaten path as they say from Baton Rouge but worth it. The only issue is Golf Now has the wrong address listed. I had to call the pro shop to find it , I almost missed my tee time ..

There were two fivesomes in front of me and a group of 6 behind me. I saw groups of five all over the course. The greens were in good shape though. Groups of five players should be banned at all courses. Pace of play is ruining golfs future.

As a tourist you pay a lot more than what they call they’re local fee. The day I played no one was playing. So pace I play was good. But the back nine was tore up on several fairways by wild hogs. The guy I played with that day told me the courses in Oahu are hurting financially because they are over charging for tourist. Makes sense, this course was not worth the price. But it was cheaper than most and it does have great views.

Had a good experience overall ....
But they allow 5 somes on Fridays.. there were two groups of 5 players in front of us.. most courses allow 5 somes on mondays not fridays .. but not a bad course.

This is not the longest course nor the high end courses we all sometimes play. But, for the value it is great. The best course for the money around.

For the heat of the summer in Houston, the course was in great shape. The value is worth the round. I enjoy this course, challenging but fair. The guy in the pro shop was a little rude though. But not my problem.

I played here years ago and it was not so great. The course has been remodeled and it is very much improved, I enjoyed my round. The course is challenging but also forgiving. Not hard to find errant shots. The course lay out us a little strange, but that's ok by me. As usual with golf lately, the course was a little backed up, but it was worth it.

This course actually wasn't bad. The price was right. But I teed off at 830 ish on s Monday and it was awful as far as pace. I was with another golfer as a two some and we backec up to a group who wouldn't let us play through .. this is why golf is struggling ..
