Mulligan
Greens are in perfect condition. Tee boxes are great. Layout is wide open but still challenging. Well placed bunkers but could use a little more sand. This place is a gem.

This could be a great course. Unfortunately it is rundown. The greens are full of weeds and have some bare patches. The tees have very little grass. The sand is mostly clay with a light dusting of sand. Very scenic and with some care, could be a gem.
