LaTourette Golf Course
Played On 08/17/2021Good Muni but pricey!
Ball doesn't roll out so course plays longer. The trees and atmosphere is really pretty nice for a city course. Walkers and joggers are on the outskirts of some holes enjoying the nature. The fixable drawback is the carts and cart paths. The EZGO golf carts are the biggest pieces of sh I've ever rode in before. The cart paths are littered with holes! Typical New Yorkers some very nice but others are a pain.
La Cantera Resort - The Palmer Course
Played On 04/08/2017Enjoy the Experience!
The magnificent panoramic arial views refresh and invigorate your spirit and makes this course an intoxicatingly enjoyable experience. The sloped fairways are challenging but very fair and the putting greens roll truer than an eight ball in the side pocket. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!
Tour 18 Dallas
Played On 04/07/2017Greens are non-existant
Save your money and wait until they fix the greens. They got hit by the frost and someone didn't cover them and they are destroyed. What a shame, the layout is simply fantastic but half the game was ruined. Sorry, it's the truth!
Heritage Ranch Golf and Country Club

Oh well, doesn't look like much but watch out the course greens are just tough. Time after time I kept coming up with bogeys instead of pars and I'm a 5 handicap. You better get ready because if you're looking for an easy course then you're going to the wrong course. On the contrary, get ready to get challenged because you better play your best if you want to go low! Visually, it's out in the sticks and that's the beauty of this course, I really enjoyed that get away feeling. I'm sure you'll enjoy it too!
Los Lagos Golf Club

Your first drive isn't perfectly down the middle, you may be in the rough or on a sidehill downslope that makes it hard to advance the ball. Good thing it's a par five. You may make a five. You will enjoy this course visually, the only problem is reading the greens if the pins are put in undulations on the greens-good luck, you can miss a three foot putt because of the unseen break! If you are not a real long driver then it's best to play from the white tees because you will enjoy the course and you might break 85. If you don't care about score then play from the blues but the back tees are tough! Best to go with people you enjoy because it does take time to play. Enjoy!
