One of the best courses in the Kissimmee area for a reasonable price. If you are staying in the Disney area , it's a bit of a drive, but well worth it in my opinion. Challenging course but not overly penal.

We make three trips a year to the Orlando area, and each of the last three have included a round at Royal St. Cloud even though it is a 50-minute drive from our resort. All three nines are a good challenge, but not overly penal. Staff is very accommodating for working singles in with other groups. I definitely plan to return to this course on our next trip.

My second time playing The Reserve at Orange Lake. Enjoyed this round more than previous one several years ago. There appears to have been a good amount of improvements made. It was quite wet in places this week, probably still a residual result of the hurricane. I will definitely return on a future trip.

I did not have a good first experience at Providence because the greens had just been aereated and were not easy to putt at all. Glad I made the decision to return. Greens were very nice and the course layout is excellent. Only complaint was the lack of "true senior tees." The white tees at 6,023 were a little longer than I like to play, but the only other choice was the 5,000 yard women's tees. The course s a little off the beaten path, south of Disney on Route 17/92, but worth the trip. Allow enough time to drive there; it is several miles through the housing development to the clubhouse.e

Having previously played Championsgate National and International, I tried Championsgate CC for the first time. I later learned that CC is not related to the other two. Having played each one once, I definitely like Championsgate CC the best. A wide variety of tee boxes makes it playable for any level of player. Good shots were rewarded, bad shots cost you a stroke, but it was not overly penal. If you like to walk when you play golf, don't go here; there are several long cart rides from green to tee. Very happy I tried this course and I will go back on a future trip.

This is one of the best moderately priced courses in the greater Orlando area. Having played most of the public courses south and west of Orlando, I highly recommend Royal St. Cloud.

First time playing the course in 7-8 years.The tees, fairways and greens were in very good condition. The sand traps are badly need of major repairs, some of which is ongoing. Friendly staff, very reasonable price. Other than sand traps, only complaint was slow play: well over 4 hours on a weekday afternoon without heavy play; just slow groups holding up play. Still a good experience and will return.

First time playing the course. The staff was friendly, the course was in good shape though greens slow due to recent plugging, paired with three other players. Curse played longer than the scorecard said. Only complaint was fairly slow play (about 4:45) and no attempt made to get people moving factor. Overall, nice course, convenient to resort areas and a good value.

Very difficult course (133 rating from white tees) , but fair. Not many forced carries, but you pay for your mistakes. Signed up through Golfnow.com morning of the round as a single and was paired with a twosome and another single. Paid 25% of rack rate. Played the "national" course a year ago which was similar but somewhat easier.

An excellent course for a very reasonable price and in good condition. While very difficult, there were not a lot of forced carries, so all levels of golfers can play it. Keep in mind, you will pay for your mistakes. Only criticism is that the pace of play was terrible due to an outing in front of us, and there were no marshals to try to keep it moving. Despite the slow play, I would recommend this course and hope to play it again on a another trip to Central Florida.
