The course and fairways are in good shape and the greens are consistent. Water is in play on many of the holes, providing a challenge. As others have mentioned the cart paths are missing section of concrete making for a bumpy ride, you need to slow down significantly when you approach the missing pieces of the cart path.

Enjoyed our round at Rose Hill today. The greens are In very good shape and consistent. The fairways and tee boxes are also in good shape. The pace of play was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a very good value for the cost of the round. Although we did not eat in the restaurant, the restaurant was busy and the menu looked appealing. .

Our threesome enjoyed playing this course very much. The greens were in great condition, fast and consistent. The fairways were also in good condition. The layout is playable and most enjoyable. The starter was very friendly and helpful. It was our first time playing here and we would definitely like to play this course again.

I was looking forward to playing this course again after a 4 year gap. Unfortunately the conditions did not measure up to my past experience and memories. The staff is very friendly though and their service was excellent. Sadly the tee boxes were in poor shape, the fairways were not in great condition and the greens were bumpy, dried out and some had been sanded within the past week. Still the layout is nice and winds though the housing development attractively. Regrettably the friendliness of the staff were not able to make up for the overall disappointing golf experience.

This is an easy to locate course outside of Bucerias, north of Puerto Vallarta. We had no problem booking a round through golfnow.com and obtained a great rate. We were greeted on arrival and our clubs were delivered to a cart. The pro shop staff processed our booking efficiently and we proceeded to the first hole where we were met by the starter who oriented us to the course and wildlife. The course layout is open and forgiving and easy to navigate. The greens are fast but consistent and there is lots of roll on the fairways. Pace of play is very good and we were able to complete our round in just under four hours. There is a beverage cart on site, hot meals can be ordered and the cart will deliver them to you. We ordered hamburgers at the turn and received them a few holes later, the burgers were loaded and came complete with fries and condiments. The carts are equipped with a cooler and ice and cold bottled water. All staff are very proficient in English.

The greens were in excellent condition, fast, consistent and true. Tee boxes and fairways are lush and well groomed. Staff is friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our round and would love to return to this course.

The course is in excellent shape, fairways and tees in very good condition, greens are moderately fast and consistent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Water comes into play on a number of holes especially the left leaning 10th hole. The par 5 16th hole with the stone wall in front of the green did get the best of us, I suggest you just go for it. We thoroughly enjoyed our round here and would definitely return. With 4 of us playing we finished our round in 4 hours and play moved along well.

The fairways and tee boxes are in excellent shape. The greens were inconsistent as far as judging speed but apparently they were thatching some of them. The greens were large and contoured. The bunker sand is hard and thin. In places the fairways were over watered and wet. We teed off on time and the two of us played the round in 3 1/2 hours. The staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyable round.

Enjoyed this fun little course. Par 3s range from short to moderate in length with lots of opportunity to work on your short game. The 2 par 5s and 5 par 4s also give you the chance to pull out your driver and break up the short holes. The fairways are in excellent shape and the greens have some challenging contours. We would play this course again. Highly suggest you try their fantastic nachos after your round.

The ground on the tee boxes is hard...difficult to get your tee inserted at times. Greens are slow and can be difficult to judge for speed, we heard someone call them "velcro" greens. The course is older, well developed and enjoyable to play. There are a lot of left dog legs, so if your natural tendency is right you will find this course a challenge. We enjoyed a delicious lunch in The Grill with very personable wait staff. Also friendly staff in the pro shop.

Did not particularly enjoy this course...could be that it did not suit our style of play, could be the level of difficulty or it could be the players behind us who kept hitting into us (almost striking one of our group), even though we were keeping up with the group ahead of us and could not play any faster! The course was in good condition although not as good as Ventana Canyon which we played earlier in the week. Greens were consistent. Starter was very friendly and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our round played on this well maintained, picturesque course. The fairways are in very good shape although the greens are somewhat inconsistent. The fairways are reachable with no extended forced carries, and moderately well placed shots are generously rewarded. All of the staff are friendly, gracious and very helpful. We would definitely play this course again and recommend it to our friends.

Maintained fairways, open and forgiving. The course is in good condition and is a good value for fees paid. Greens in good shape and consistent. Would play this course again, enjoyable round. Pro shop is well stocked.

Fairways not in good shape. If you miss the fairway you are in deep desert conditions and the rough rolls into the desert. Greens are in good shape though. If course conditions were better this would be an interesting, challenging course.
