7 Lakes Golf Club
Played On 03/10/2020Great track, friendly staff, difficult conditioning
This is a really cool layout. Great use of undulations and some holes where you really have to think about your strategy,
Conditioning was tough. Totally understand they are coming off a tricky winter and am sure are working hard to get it back. However, the course is suffering from fairways which are in a poor condition and very bumpy greens (although they were a good pace).
Overall, 7 Lakes makes a nice change from some of the older courses in Pinehurst. I enjoyed my round but felt the green fee was steep given the course conditions.
Staff were all very friendly and welcoming.
Glen Gorse Golf Club

Lovely old school club
Friendly people and great food !
Top notch greens
Speedy golf
Tight layout
Fairways and tees a bit dishevelled after the hot summer
Sevierville Golf Club - River Course
Played On 09/17/2017Great course ruined by pace of play
Good layout, heavily played but still in great condition. Some holes which really made you think, especially off the tee.
However, the whole experience was ruined by pace of play and a total lack of concern to address it.
5hrs 10 mins is too long. A group outing of about 16 players blocked the course, refused to let anyone play through and killed the place.
We didn't once see a marshall or anyone trying to address the situation. Not good.
Westerham Golf Club
Played On 09/29/2016nice course
good course for the location. Plays longer than its yardage due to all the elevation changes. In great condition overall but the greens were still recovering from being punched.
Escena Golf Club
Played On 09/04/20164 rounds over Labor Day weekend
I played 4 times over the holiday weekend, every time as a single and was always paired with interesting people.
This is a great 'resort' course and a very typical Jack design. Big wide fairways, raised green complexes and very fair golf.
The longest round was 3.30 so pace of play was excellent. Course was in great condition considering the end of a very hot summer. Greens were perfect, running at 9 and not a bobble in sight.
Great value for the Valley and highly recommended.
DragonRidge Golf Course
Played On 04/17/2016One of the very best in Vegas
Dragon Ridge is as good as it gets. Just a top class layout which tests every single aspect of your game.
Facilities and staff are incredible. Highly recommended.
Chimera Golf Club
Played On 04/14/2016incredible how much this course has improved
I played this course a few times when it was Tuscany, it was always a good track and a great value option.
However, the new owners have really improved it. The conditioning is as good as anything else in the Valley, the greens were in incredible condition and much better than courses which cost twice as much.
Highly recommended.
Mountain Falls Golf Course
Played On 04/13/2016beautiful course, worth the drive from Vegas
great course, two very different 9's with the back side being the slightly more interesting.
Thank you maddisc for your review and feedback of Mountain Falls Golf Club. We appreciate you taking the time and we hope you will come back and see us again soon!
Bear's Best Las Vegas
Played On 04/12/2016great Las Vegas course
The course is unusual in that it is a greatest hits of Jack's best holes. This means it varies in character and can feel a little disjointed.
However, some of the holes are stunning. The course is always in great shape and the facilities are first class.
Views of the Strip are pretty awesome.
The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club, Orlando, Grande Lakes
Played On 5/22/2013Just immaculate
The levels of service and condition of the course were both as perfect as you could ever want. We had a 7.10am t time so the course was playing wet but the greens and bunkers were still perfect. The greens held the ball well but were still rolling at about an 11.
They have made the most of the piece of land and the routing is relatively interesting but the course itself just lacks in design compared to some of the other Orlando big names.
There is too much room of the t which means you are not forced into strategic plays. The greens are huge but so are the run-offs which means that bad shots aren't properly punished and there is little definition when you are stood on the fairway.
I would put the course design behind the Waldorf Astoria, Grand Pines and Shingle Creek but the condition makes up a lot of ground.
Thanks for your comment! We're happy to hear you had a nice time and enjoyed our course! Hope to see you again soon!
