The Golf Club At Oxford Greens
Played On 05/21/2020Great Track
Good conditions overall. Cups are currently upside down due to the virus but still a great track. Worth a trip if you’re in state
Blue Fox Run Golf Club - Red Nine
Played On 06/28/2016Solid Course
So depending on the day, you might play one of three 18 hole courses, combining two of the three of the red, white, and blue nines. The Red Nine is extremely short and easy. The White Nine is the most interesting and the Blue Nine is the hardest but the most straight forward. The course is in fairly good shape the only tough thing is the cart paths aren't paved, and the bridge over the Farmington River has barely been touched in over twenty years. It makes Laurel View's ride to the 18th hole seem extremely safe in comparison. Overall a good value especially for the $20 Hot Deal
Wintonbury Hills Golf Course
Played On 03/12/2016Best in CT
This is well worth the drive and the price. I've enjoyed every round I have played at this course. It is expensive even with a Hot Deal though. That said if you want to splurge to get a top of the line experience in CT, this is where you go. I suggest using your rewards on this to get the price down.
White at Tunxis Country Club
Played On 08/14/2015Good Recovery
I was supposed to go out on the white course, but the three others brought a fourth. I was disappointed but they sent me out on the green course about 10 minutes later than my original tee time. It wasn't perfect but I appreciate their ability to accommodate me.
North Ridge Golf Club
Played On 08/10/2015Very nice course
The course is in great shape. Fairly short but the tight fairways and elevation changes make it challenging. My only complaint would be the carts and cart paths. The carts are old and one of the ones I got originally was broken. This is probably because the cart paths don't existent as more than dirt paths, some of which are over many tree roots. But I would still recommend a visit to this course
