We were the first tee time off so pace of play was not an issue. Course was in very good shape, fairways were plush and greens were smooth and relatively quick. Will definitely play again.

With the exception of one fairway (16), the course was in great shape. The greens were the best they’ve been in 15 years. They were smooth and deceptively quick. They are new greens so I imagine they will only get quicker!

Ballamor is a staple for our summer trip to the shore. Always in great shape, greens are smooth but a touch slow. They have a few areas on fairways and around bunkers that need TLC but absolutely do not impact the the play. We will continue to play this course every year.

I know it's been discussed but if it's your first time playing in Puerto Rico expect ridiculous winds. Course was aerated recently but the greens were still quick. Overall great complex, looking forward to playing the other courses.

Outside of the 25mph winds the round was very enjoyable.
